Privacy Notice

This site is deliberately quiet. It carries no advertising and no third-party embeds. Two Google services are used, both described below: Google Analytics, to count visits, and Google reCAPTCHA, to keep automated spam out of the project brief form. Fonts and styles are served from this domain.

What is collected

Only what you type into the project brief form: your name, your email address, the budget tier you select and your project description.

When you submit the form, your IP address is used to limit how many briefs one connection can send. It is stored only as a one-way hash, not in readable form.

Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how many people visit, which pages they read and whether a brief was submitted. Analytics sets first-party cookies and sends Google usage data such as the pages viewed, your approximate location and your browser and device type. It is not used for advertising, and nothing you type into the brief form is sent to it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Analytics is not loaded at all. Google handles this data under its Privacy Policy.

Google reCAPTCHA

When you begin filling in the brief form, and not before, the page loads reCAPTCHA v3 from Google. To judge whether a submission comes from a person, Google collects hardware and software information such as device and browser data and your IP address, and may set its own cookies. That data goes to Google and is handled under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The studio receives only a score.

How it is used

Your brief is delivered by email to the studio and used to evaluate the project and reply to you. It is not sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list. The content of your brief is not sent to Google.

Where it is processed

The site and its form run on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Submissions are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service.

How long it is kept

Rate-limit records expire automatically within 48 hours. Operational logs, which contain the hashed address but not the content of your brief, are deleted after 30 days. The brief itself stays in the studio inbox for as long as it is relevant to the conversation.

Your choices

To have a brief deleted, reply to any message from the studio or send a new brief asking for removal, and it will be erased.
